Hello..hello..hello..
hah, finally..I've had my rest but I still feel a bit sluggish..I think I need to start taking in vitamins..well,the thing is, I'm quite lazy keeping up with routines..I have this habits of buying lotions, vitamins, cereals(I wanted to slim down a bit..)etc..but I will only use it for a few times..(ala,org cakap hangat-hangat tahi ayam)..
Hurm, I hope I will turn a new leaf..in order to stay fit and healthy..I think I need a hobby tostarts exercising..Last week, I went to a leadership camp at Kg. Lebu, Bentong and I join in the activities..Boy, my body got sore for a few days..SO, I need to start exercising now..but,can I do it? I hate exercising except for shopping(if you call walking around the shopping mall is a form of exercising..well,I've done it a lot..hehe..)..Been talking to my fellow colleague,Miss Sharmila (soon-to-be Puan) about taking up the swimming class at the IIS Swimming Pool but the thing is the time schedule for us(SETIABUDI PRIMARY STAFF) is very late..By the time we finish up our work at schools,we'll be very tired..Well, I think I need to asks the person in charge a discuss bout it..Will brought up this issue again with Sharmila..But for now,daa..I'm off to enjoy my weekends in front of the tv!
